Our Unee gift card serves as a non-reloadable prepaid card that carries a maximum card face value in any business that supports Unionpay. Each time a payment is made, the value of the card will be deducted until all values are spent. As a non-reloadable prepaid card, it cannot be recharged.

Each merchant has its own policy for accepting returned items. If the merchant allows the customer to return an item, the process would be conducted by the merchant and the amount paid will be returned to the card. You can track your transaction detail through giftcard.unee.com.au.
Your Gift Card is just like cash and you are responsible for its safe keeping at all times. If your card is lost or stolen, unfortunately we are unable to replace or refund it.
If your card is damaged, please take it into a store and have it checked by one of our Customer Service Team Members. It is important that you read and understand the T&C.
